What personal data do we collect?
If businesses call our helpline to make an enquiry or support request, we will take their name, company name, job title, telephone number, and email address so that we can efficiently process their request.
If businesses are signing up for our notifications or completing our contact form via our website we will require their full name and email address.
Information that you provide when downloading a Whitepaper (name, professional email address, company, and position).
We will obtain details of the products and services you have brought.
If you connect with us through a social media channel, we will know your social media handle and any other information including photos you make available through our interactions and your profile.
